3. Products and Pricing

We take care to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors and textures displayed on your screen will exactly match the physical product, as this may vary depending on your device settings.

All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and will notify you of any such correction before processing your order.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. You are responsible for ensuring that your order details, including shipping address and contact information, are accurate at the time of purchase. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

We accept payment through the methods available on our checkout page. All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete payment credentials on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Bangladesh only via Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay for the product upon receiving it at your door — no advance payment required for the product price.

A flat delivery charge of BDT 115 applies to all orders and must be paid in advance at the time of order placement.

Home delivery is completed within 2–5 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or adverse weather. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

6. Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange: If you received an item in the wrong size or the product is damaged, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Return: If you received a wrong or damaged product, you may return it within 3 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only under these specific conditions. For full details, see our Return Policy.

To initiate an exchange or return, contact us exclusively through our Facebook Page inbox. This is the only channel for quick resolution of such requests.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product photographs, and the overall design, is the exclusive property of HEEMS and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
